Anybody who has ‘furry friends’ in their family knows the panic caused if those precious pets fail to return for their evening meal, or aren’t waiting at the gate on your return. An open gate or hole in the fence can lead to frantic searching and many sleepless nights.
Our animals all have a special place in our hearts and the pain of not knowing where they are can almost be too much to bear. We too know the sadness of losing a pet. For some families, that emptiness is felt for years.
